Comparison of Life Quality in Bladder Tumor Patients Who Underwent Heal Cystoplasty and Re-construction of Bladder with Ileum

目的 分析因膀胱癌行回肠膀胱术或回肠代膀胱术术后患者的生活质量。方法 采用问卷调查法，分别对３０ 例回肠膀胱术和２２例回肠代膀胱术术后患者进行调查。结果 行回肠膀胱术、回肠代膀胱术后患者的生活质量总分无显著差异，但在心理方面、尿流改道方面有显著差异。

Objective To explore the quality of life of bladder tumor patients after ileal cystoplasty and orthotopic reconstruction of bladder with ileum. Methods Questionnaire investigation. Results There was no difference in quality of life between two groups;in reference to psychology and uri-nary diversion,there were significant differences between two groups in the quality of life.
