摘要
目的 探讨与胃癌有关的危险因素。方法 对天津市区 1998~ 1999年的 189例新发胃癌病人进行 1∶ 1配对病例对照研究 ,采用条件 logistic回归分析。结果 烟熏食品 OR=2 .34 ,OR95 % CI=1.6 0~ 4.98;吸烟量 OR=6 .0 7,OR 95 % CI=1.2 6~ 7.16 ;喜食重盐饮食 OR=1.95 ,OR 95 % CI=1.2 7~ 3.2 3;过量摄入动物肉类 OR=1.46 ,OR 95 % CI =1.0 5~ 2 .0 2。结论 经常食用烟熏食品、吸烟量大、重盐饮食、过量摄入动物肉类等可能是胃癌的危险因素。
Objective To explore the risk factors for stomach cancer. Methods Case control study was used. 189 patients with stomach cancer were individually matched with control population. Results Smoked foods (OR=2.34, 95% CI=1.60, 4.89), cigarettes smoking (OR= 6.07 , 95% CI=1.26, 7.16), heavy salt intake (OR=1.95, 95% CI=1.27, 3.23) and over intake of meats (OR=1.46, 95%CI=1.05, 2.02) were risk factors for stomach cancer. Conclusions To eat smoked food frequently, cigarettes smoking, heavy salt intake and over intake of meats are risk factors for stomach cancer.
