摘要
目的;探讨昏迷患者脑电地形图(BEAM)与脑电图(EEG)的改变,监测脑生物电和跟踪观测的价值。方法:检测56例昏迷患者治疗前后的脑生物电,并进行对比分析。结果:昏迷患者的EEG,高度异常17例,中度异常39例。BEAM为弥漫性7~13级慢波分布图。经治疗后,43例痊愈,脑电恢复正常;6例继发癫痫,脑电为异常;大脑死亡4例,脑电示零电位,BEAM为"秃图"。死亡3例均为治疗前脑电高度异常者。结论:昏迷病人进行脑电监测对诊断、治疗及判断预后均具有重要价值。
Purpose: To explore the changes of BEAM and EEG in comatose patients and their value of monitor-ing. Methods:The changes of EEG in 56 cases of comatose patients were analysed before and after treatment. Results: EEG of 17 cases of comatose patients showed severe abnormal,39 cases were moderte abnormal.BEAM showed diffuse slow wave of 7 ~ 13 grades. After treatment 43 patients with pill recovery showed normal of EEG; 6 patients with secondary ep-ilepsy showed abnormal of EEG;4 patients with brain death showed zero potential, BEAM were 'bare - mapping' .3 cases were death, The EEG is severe abnormal in before treatment. Conclusion: EEG monitoring might be an important value for diagnosis treatment and judging prognosis of patients with coma.
