上海地区老年人雌激素受体基因多态性与骨密度关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解雌激素受体(ER)基因多态性在中国老年人群中的分布,并进一步研究其与骨密度的关系。方法通过聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法分析了413例无亲缘关系的上海地区老年男女居民的ER基因型,并用双能X线吸收仪测定了其中288例骨密度。结果413例研究对象中pp型、Pp型、PP型频率分别为0.346,0.501及0.153,p与P等位基因频率分别为0.597,0.403,男女性之间ER基因型分布频率无明显区别(P>0.5),中国人群中以Pp型为多见。组间方差分析显示这三种基因型的各部位骨密度无显著差别。结论ER基因多态性与骨密度无相关关系。 Objective To learn the prevalence of polymorphism of the estrogen receptor(ER)gene in Chinese people ,and further to study the relationshi p between bone mineral density(BMD)and polymorphism of ER gene.Methods The patterns of ER gene of 413people in Shanghai were distinguished by polymerase chain r eaction -restriction fragment length polymorphism and BMD of 288of them were determined by d ual energy X -ray absorptionetry(DEXA).Results The frequency distribution of genotype pp,Pp,PP was 0.346,0.501,0.153,respectively.The ER allelic frequencies were 0.597for p.0.403f or P.ANOVA analysis indicated that there were n o significant difference in BMD of th ree genotypes.Conclusions There is no significant asso-ciation of polymorphism in ER gene wi th BMD.[
