96例后牙牙冠隐裂综合治疗及疗效的观察

The comprehensive treatment of 96 cases of posterior cracked crown of tooth and observation in it's efficacy

目的 探讨牙隐裂的治疗和疗效。方法 对 75例病人共 96颗后牙隐裂牙进行综合治疗 ,并复查 ,最长观察时间 1年。结果 96颗隐裂牙的治疗成功与有效率为 91 6 6 % ,在失败病例中 ,急性牙髓炎 4颗(4 17% ) ,慢性根尖周炎 3颗 (3 13% ) ,牙折裂 1颗 (1 0 4% )。结论 牙隐裂因多种因素所致 ,因此早期发现 ,综合治疗 ,定期复查是治疗的 3个关键。

Objective To study the treatment of posterior cracked tooth and effect.Methods 96 posterior cracked teeth of 75 cases were treated and followed up,the longest observation period was 1 year.Results The healing and improved rate of 96 cracked teeth 91.66%.Among cases of failure,4 cases of acute pulpitis(4.17%) and 3 cases of chronic apical periodontitis(3.13%) were found.Conclusion Cracked tooth was caused by multiple factors,early diagnosis,comprehensive treatment,and follow up in different period are key to the treatment.
