乳腺癌端粒酶活性的研究

Study telomerase activity in human breast cancer

目的 探讨分析端粒酶在乳腺肿瘤组织的表达对乳腺癌早期诊断的临床价值。方法 应用免疫组化方法 ,对 170例病人分别进行检测。结果 端粒酶的表达与乳腺癌的临床分期 ,腋淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 0 1) ,特别是在乳腺癌前病变中有表达。结论 端粒酶对乳腺癌的早期诊断具有一定的价值。

Objective To study telomerase expression in breast tumor and its value in early diagnosis for breast cancinomas.Methods 170 cases were studied by immunchistochemmical analyses.Results Expression of telomerase was closely related with breast cancinomas's clinical stages and armpit lymph node metastases(P<0.01),especially its expression was found in breast precancerous lesion.Conclusion To detect telomerases expression is valuable in early diagnosis of breast cancers.
