摘要
目的 观察大鼠顶骨矢状缝在扩张力作用下的细胞凋亡现象 ,初步探讨细胞凋亡在骨缝改建中的作用。方法 选用 36只健康雄性SD大鼠 ,随机分到自然生长组、手术对照组、实验加力组 ,用开大弹簧施加扩张力 (约 0 .10kg)于实验加力组大鼠的矢状缝 ,于加力后 4、7、14天通过TUNEL法观察骨缝组织中凋亡细胞变化情况。结果 加力后 4天实验加力组的骨缝组织中凋亡的纤维细胞增多 ,加力后 14天实验加力组的骨缝组织中凋亡的纤维细胞减少而凋亡的骨细胞增多。
Objective To investigate the role of apoptosis in the rat interparietal suture model. Method Thirty six tats were divided into:(1)a baseline group without any interference; (2)a control group that received only operation and appliance without any force; (3)an experimental group that received 0.1kg tensile force. The histological changes and apoptosis were observed in the suture 4,7 and 14 days after application of the tensile force with H.E. staining and TUNEL methods.Results The number of apoptotic fibrocytes increasedin the suture 4 days after application of the tensile force. 14 days after using tensile force, the numer of apoptotic fibrocytes decreased while the number f apoptotic osteocytes increased. Conclusion Apotosis participated in interparietal suture remodeling during tensile force application.
