弱激光照射对减轻正畸治疗中疼痛的临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的 观察研究弱激光局部照射的方法对减轻正畸治疗中疼痛的临床效果。方法 对戴入初始弓丝的 14 9名正畸患者 ,其中 71名应用He -Ne激光和CO2 激光共同照射其受力前牙的根部区域 ,照射次数为 1- 2次 ,余 78名作为对照组。通过问卷调查了解疼痛的发生时间、持续时间 ,并对其进行统计学分析。结果 对照组疼痛发生率为 96 .7% ,照射组疼痛发生率为 79.2 % ,P <0 .0 5。照射组疼痛的发生时间延迟 ,疼痛的持续时间缩短。 Objective This study was to investigate the effects of low reaction level laser irradiation in reducing the pain in orthodontics treatment. Method 149 patients were inserted with initial wire. 71 of them were irradiated to the front teeth area for one or tow times by He Ne laser and CO 2 laser. Other patients were in control group. The times that pain occurring and lasting were recorded by questionares. The results were statistically anlysized. Results The occurrence of pain is 96.7% in control group, 79.2% in irradiated group respectively. (P< 0.05 ) The time that the pain occur was delayed and the time that it last was shorten. Conclusion The low reaction level laser irradiation is effective to reduce the pain in the orthodontics treatment.
