76例直肠癌根治术并发症及处理

目的 探讨直肠癌术后并发症的发生原因及防治措施。方法 回顾分析近5年来我院直肠癌手术病人76例 ,统计了术式及术后并发症的发生情况。结果 76例直肠癌根治术病人 ,术后并发症23例 ,发生率为30.2% ,包括术后感染9例 ,尿潴留4例、肠梗阻3例、造口并发症3例 ,脏器损伤3例、吻合口瘘1例。结论 对直肠癌病人除加强围手术期营养支持外 ,充分的术前准备 ,精细简洁的手术操作 ,吻合口充分的血供及合理的引流 。

Objective To explore the causes of radical rectum operation complications and the treatment. Methods Retrospective studies were made on 76 cases within 5 years. Results Of 76 radical rectum operations, 23 cases had the complications(30.2%). Postoperative infection accounted for 9 cases, 4 cases had urine retention, 3 cases had intestinal infarction, 3 cases had stoma complications, 3 cases had organ injuries and one case had stoma fistula. Conclusion Perioperative nutrition support was important for radical rectum operation cases. Right operation techniques were required to reduce the occurrence of complications.
