水稻品种对水稻细菌性条斑病的抗性鉴定

Resistance identification of rice varieties to Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzicola

选用致病力强的水稻细菌性条斑病菌Rs1 0 5对 2 0 6个水稻品种进行抗性鉴定 ,结果表明 ,供试品种对水稻细菌性条斑病的抗性存在明显差异 ,粳型水稻的抗性一般比籼型水稻好。品种抗侵入和抗扩展呈显著相关关系 (r=0 .7949)。

Reaction to bacterial leaf streak (BLS) (caused by xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola) of 206 varieties of rice were identified. The results showed that there were apparent difference existed between numbers or frequency of resistant variety and type of rice, and resistance to infection was significant correlated with resistance to expansion(r=0.7949).
