摘要
本文叙述了一个为1MV强流脉冲电子束加速器配置的主开关.多级气体开关的设计和实验结果。是国内首次将此种类型的开关应用于兆伏级加速器。
This paper describes the development and testing of a multistage gas switch used in a high-current pulsed electron beam accelerator. The switch is operated in an oil environment and the output voltage and current are 1MV and 15kA, respectively with a rise time (10% to 90% ) less than 10ns.
