摘要 本文简要介绍了1.5MeV LIA脉冲功率系统的结构、组成和设计思想;给出了开关运行参数和确定开关时间抖动指标的方法、闭环系统的总抖动对加速电压相对变化的影响、脉冲功率系统各段输出波形和电压幅度的调制关系;测量结果表明,1.5MeV LIA的运行功率和时间同步满足总体设计要求。 A l.5MeV Linear Induction Accelerator (LIA) consists of six modules. Each module provides 250kV voltage with a pulse width of 90ns. The total accelerator voltage is 1.5MV with output beam current of 3kA. A pulsed power system for l.5MeV LIA can be divided into two subsystems, the Blumlein charging and the Blumlein triggering subsystems. The charging subsystem is composed of a H. V. DC supply, a main Marx generator, six Blumlein lines and switches. The purpose of the trigger subsystem is to first trigger the main Marx generator which in turn charges the six Blumlein lines and then triggers the charged Blumlein lines to produce the accelerator voltage across each accelerator module gap coincident with the passing electron beam.
