摘要
采用 3种降盐度梯度研究海湾扇贝 (Argopectenirradians)幼贝的耐盐极限及其组织学性状。幼贝壳长 (3.7± 0 .2 )cm ,水温 2 1~ 2 3℃。结果表明 ,盐度每天降 1时 ,幼贝的耐盐性最强 ,其下限为 8;盐度每天降 3的耐盐性次之 ;变梯度降盐度 (盐度 19以上时每天降 3,19以下每天降 1) ,幼贝耐盐性最低。盐度胁迫下幼贝的鳃和肝脏受损伤最严重。对虾与扇贝混养池塘的适宜盐度应在 10以上 ,降盐驯化的日变化不宜超过 3,最好为 1。
Three salinity-decreasing regimes were designed to study the tolerance of Argopecten irradians to salinity. The 3 regimes were:Ⅰa decrease of 1 salinity per day;Ⅱa decrease of 3 salinity per day;Ⅲ a decrease of 3 salinity per day when the salinity was above 19 and a decrease of 1 salinity per day when salinity was below 19. The results showed that the scallop tolerance to salinity was the greatest in group Ⅰ with a low salinity limit of 8 and the smallest tolerance appeared in group Ⅲ. The electronic microscope observation showed that the gill and the liver were both damaged badly under the stress of low salinity. So the salinity of shrimp-scallop polyculture water should be above 10 with a fluctuating range within 3.
