摘要
用正交试验研究了嗜水气单胞菌BSK - 10株的优化培养条件。结果表明 :葡萄糖、甘油对BSK - 10株有显著的促生长作用 ;各种无机离子中 ,HPO4 2 - 、Fe2 + 、Ca2 + 、(NH4 ) 2 SO4 、Mg2 + 、Zn2 + 、Mn2 + 对BSK - 10生长有显著促进作用 ,而Cu2 + 、Co2 + 则表现为抑制作用 ;Na2 HPO4 与各种离子间存在交互作用 ,Fe2 + 、Mg2 + 、Zn2 + 、Mn2 + 的促生长作用在Na2 HPO4 的存在时表现得极为明显 ,而 (NH4 ) 2 SO4 、Mn2 + 在Na2 HPO4存在时有轻微抑制作用 ;葡萄糖对不同来源的鱼类嗜水气单胞菌致病株有不同的效应。BSK - 10的生长动态研究表明 ,不同温度下BSK - 10株达到对数生长及最大菌量的时间不同 ,以 30℃为最佳。
The Aeromonas hydrophila strain BSK-10 was isolated from moribund crucian carp with motil aeromonad septicemia during the outbreaks in south China. An orthogonal design was employed to test the optimum condition for the strain growing. The results show that glucose and glycerin can improve the growth of the strain BSK-10 significantly and so do HPO 4 2- , Fe 2+ , Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ , Zn 2+ and Mn 2+ , but Cu 2+ and Co 2+ show inhabitance to the growth of strain BSK-10. Na 2HPO 4 has cross effects with other ions such as Fe 2+ , Mg 2+ and Zn 2+ which have significant enhancement effects on the strain with the existence of Na 2HPO 4, while (NH 4) 2SO 4 and Mn 2+ have slight enhancement with the existence of Na 2HPO 4. The results also show that the effects of glucose are different on the growth of Aeromonas strains isolated from different resources of fish. The growth curve of BSK-10 was on the basis of 25℃, 30℃ and 35℃, showing 30℃ was the optimum temperature with the longest logic growth and a maximum concentration of bacteria of 3.80×10 8CFU/ml.
