摘要
试验选用 16头健康杜×长×大三元杂交断奶公猪 (平均体重 9.0 4± 0 .68kg) ,按体重相似的原则分成 4个处理 ,每个处理每头仔猪每日分别添加 0 ,15 0 ,1.5× 10 4 和 1.5× 10 5IU VD3,研究不同水平维生素D3对断奶仔猪生长性能和免疫机能的影响。结果表明 :当每日 VD3摄入量为 1.5× 10 5IU时 ,仔猪在试验第12~ 18天出现中毒症状 ,此时血清钙浓度增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而血清磷浓度降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;当每日 VD3摄入量为 1.5× 10 4 IU和 1.5× 10 5IU时 ,血清尿素氮浓度显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;血清 2 5 - OH- D3浓度与 VD3摄入量呈显著相关 (r2 =0 .9987,P<0 .0 0 1) ;VD3缺乏或引起中毒症状时 ,牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)抗体滴度和皮褶厚度均下降 ,每日 VD3摄入量为 1.5× 10 5IU可增加血清溶菌酶活性和过氧化物歧化酶活性 ;添加
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of vitamin D 3 (VD 3) on performance and the immunity functions of weanling pigs. A total of 16 crossbred (Duroc×Landrace×Largewhite) weanling pigs weighing(9.04±0.68)kg was randomLy assigned to four treatments. A daily dose of 0, 150, 1.5×10 4 or 1.5×10 5 IU VD 3 was administrated orally for the corresponding treatments, after fed on the basal diet without supplemental VD 3 for 7 days. The results showed that a daily supply of VD 3 up to 1.5×10 5 IU was toxic to pigs from 12 to 18 days. Serum Ca 2+ in toxic pigs was increased ( P <0.01) while phosphorus decreased ( P <0.05). A daily supply of VD 3 up to 1.5×10 4 IU and 1.5×10 5 IU significantly increased BUN concentration. Serum 25 OH D 3 significantly correlated with the VD 3 supply in linearity ( r 2=0.9987). Deficient and poisonous VD 3 addition could significantly decreased the response of pigs to injected BSA and decreased double skinfold thickness (DST) after stimulation with PHA. A daily supply up to 1.5×10 5 IU VD 3 increased serum lysozyme (LZM) activity and serum superoxidant dismutase (SOD) content. The addition of VD 3 also increased hemoglobin content.
