摘要
选用体重为 (8.64± 0 .34 ) kg,(30± 3)日龄断奶的三元杂交猪 (杜×长×北京黑 ) 72头 ,对比研究了日粮中添加 2 2 % ,2 5 % ,2 8%和 31%的豆粕对断奶仔猪生产性能和血清尿素氮的影响。所有处理均使用了合成氨基酸 (赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸 ) ,以“理想蛋白”模式进行日粮配合。结果表明 :不同豆粕水平的日粮对断奶仔猪日增重、日采食量、饲料增重比和血清尿素氮均无显著影响 (P>0 .0 5 )。说明添加合成氨基酸后 ,2 2 %豆粕的日粮组能够在不引起生产性能下降的同时节省豆粕用量 ,减少氮的排出 。
In this trial, seventy two cross bred piglets (Duroc×Landrance×Beijing black) weaned at (30±3) days, weighing (8.64±0.34) kg, were used to measure the effects of different dietary SBM (Soybean Meal) levels (22%,25%,28% and 31%) on growth performance and serum urea nitrogen concentration. All the diets were formulated using crystalline amino acids (lysine, methionine and threonine) according to 'Ideal Protein'. The results showed that there were no significant difference ( P >0.05) among diets in average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI) and Feed/Gain, suggesting the diet with 22% SBM could reduce the SBM content of pig diets and lower nitrogen excretion without sacrificing growth performance.
