综述了桃种子休眠的主要原因及解除休眠的主要方法 ,认为引起桃种子休眠的原因主要有 3个方面 :种皮障碍、内果皮障碍和种胚需要后熟 ;
The main causes of dormancy and main methods of breaking dormancy of peach seeds were reviewed . It was pointed out that the main causes included:obstacle of testa,obstacle of endocarp and post maturation of seed embryo, and that the main methods of breaking seed dormancy were application of hypothermal stratification and growth regulator.
