茄子种子用不同浓度的聚乙烯醇、水杨酸、硝酸钙、硝酸钾、琼脂药剂处理后 ,种子的发芽活力明显提高 ,在对各发芽指标的影响上 ,以种子发芽势最为明显 ,平均提高 114.8% ;各渗调剂的处理效果以硝酸钾最好 ;
The seed activity of Aubergine was increased obviously on osmotic priming of PVA, SA, Ca(NO 3) 2,KNO 3 and Agar, and further, germinating potential was increased most obviously in various index of germination. In various osmotic primer, KNO 3 was the optimum on effects of osmotic priming, and SA was the optimum on effects of reparation and restitution of membrane.
