摘要
转子动平衡的关键是提取转子不平衡振动的振幅与相位。 A/ D在转子不平衡振动的一个周期内 ,采到的点数越多 ,求得的振幅与相位越准 ,动平衡效果也就越好。本文围绕提高相位和振幅测量精度 ,详细论述高速转子整机动平衡仪的软、硬件设计 。
The key of rotor balance lies in picking-up the amplitude and phase of the rotor's unbalanced vibration. In one period of the unbalanced vibration, the more data points A/D can be sample, the more accurate amplitude and phase can be obtained. As a result, the balance will be more successful. Aiming at improving the accuracy of amplitude and phase, this paper discuss the design of the hardware and software of the balancing instrument for high speed rotor. Through examples, we have introduce its application on the manufacture. A successful application to manufacturing practise is also presented.
