本文从刀具的受力分析、刀具材料的选择等实验数据出发 ,论述了运用外排屑深孔推镗刀加工热轧管料坯深孔、改进其加工工艺的过程。实践结果表明 ,运用外排屑深孔推镗刀加工热轧管料坯深孔可保证粗糙度 3.2 ,直线度 0 .0 /1 0 0mm ,提高工效
On the basis of the theories of stress analysis of cutter and the selection of cutter material, together with testing data, the paper mainly expounds the processing of hot-rolling pipe hole by using outside chip removing deep hole boring cutter to guarantee roughness 3.2, and straightness 0.01/100 millimeter and increas work efficiency by five times.
