摘要
本文研究了采用非接触差动电感位移传感器检测轴向磁悬浮轴承位置的方法及特点 。
In this paper,the method and the characteristic of using the non-contact differential inductance displacement sensors for measuring the axial position of magnetic suspension bearing are studied.The feasibility of applying the method to the magnetic suspension bearing system is analyzed.
