摘要
F P干涉仪 (简称FPI)对工程上超低频微弱振动信号的测试 ,具有较好的效果 .本文提出了一种干涉仪F P加速度计 ,设置了参考通道 ,采用单通道信号处理 ,理论分析和实验结果表明 。
F P interferometer (FPI) is effect to examine the ultra low frequency. In this paper, an F P with a reference path is introduced, and the measurement signal is processed with a single path. The analysis and the experimental results demonstrate that it has better precision and working stability.
