摘要
本文阐述了用相位调制边带系统获取光学参量振荡腔信息的原理,并在此基础上分别讨论了内腔、腔镜损耗以及调制频率对该锁腔系统的影响,这对提高锁频技术的精度和稳定度有一定的指导意义.
The theory on how to obtain the information of the OPO cavity with phase-modulation side-band system is expressed. The effects of the losses for both intracavity and mirrors, as well as modulation frequency on the system for locking cavity is discussed, which provides references for the further improvement in precision and stability of frequency locking technology.
