为适应在Internet上提供多样化增值服务的趋势,借鉴传统电信网发展智能网以提供增值业务的思想,提出了建立Internet上的智能服务平台的思想,并且详细论述了智能服务平台的框架结构,包括通用网络代理模块、RuleEngine模块、服务调度模块、本地和远端服务模块、远端通信的客户端和服务器端模块等。

To provide diversified value-added services over Internet has become one of the development trends of Internet. Based on the idea of intelligent network in conventional telecom networks, Internet intelligent service platform that located between the customer and server is proposed to provide various value-added services to the users. The component parts of Internet intelligent service platform are introduced in this paper, including universal network proxy module, Rule Engine module, service dispatching module, local service module, remote service module, remote communications module and so on.
