摘要
利用溶胶 凝胶自蔓延高温合成法制备了 4种稀土元素 (La、Nd、Sm、Gd)掺杂钡铁氧体超微粉末。就稀土元素的种类、稀土掺杂量、合成工艺条件对钡铁氧体磁学性能的影响进行了较系统的研究。
The hexagonal BaLaxFe12-x, O12 BaNdxFe12-xO12, BaSmxFe12-xO12, BaGdxFe12-x O12 ultrafine powders with M-type structure were synthesized by sol-gel self-propagating high-temperature synthesis technique. The effect of different kinds of rare earth, different amount of rare earth, different synthesis conditions on ultrafine powders´ magnetic properties was discussed systematically. Their magnetic properties were measured by means of vibrating sample magnetometer.
