摘要
利用拟均相二维模型对反应热效应较大的氯乙烯固定床反应器进行了模拟计算,考察了不同管径时其径向温差变化;不同稀释比时其轴向温度和径向温差随管长的变化;入口温度对热点温度的影响等。并在此基础上给出了氯乙烯固定床反应器的最优操作条件。
The calculation of the fixed bed reactor has been made for chloroe-thylene that is of strongly reaction heat with a simulated homogenous two dimensional model.Observations and stuties have been done of the radial temperature differences in tubes with different diameters, of the axial temperature and the radial temperature differenes variations with differen ttube lengths in the case of various dilute ratios, and of the influnce of the inlet temeprature on the hot point temperature.Finally, the opt imum operation conditions of the fixed bed reactor for chloroethylen are given.
