摘要
随着不断变化的市场需求,客户满意度日益成为衡量产品成功与否和制造企业能否获得最大利润、最高的市场占有率的主要因素。以客户为中心进行定制化生产成为制造企业适应激烈竞争的一个最为重要的手段。本文首先叙述了定制化的真正含义,然后具体讨论了不同企业生产类型采用不同的定制化方式,最后以实例说明汽车行业实施面向定制化的远程工程/远程服务的总体结构。
With the increasing variety need of market, more and more manufacturing enterprises are facing several questions. How to measure a product is successful? How to gain the most profit? How to maintain existent customers forever? The key of these questions is the “customer”. Mass customization is the most effective way to achieve these goals. This paper first introduces the real meaning of the customization of manufacturing enterprises. Then we describe types of customization according to types of manufacturing enterprises. Finally we depict a model of tele-engineering and tele-service on customization.
