摘要
考察了钼系1,2-聚丁二烯橡胶(1,2-PBR)分别与丁苯橡胶(SBR)和顺丁橡胶(BR)两种共混体系的物理力学性能,借助透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析了两种共混体系的形态结构。并在此基础上,研究了天然橡胶(NR)/BR/1,2—PBR和NR/SBR/1,2—PBR三元共混体系的物理力学性能,结果表明,当NR固定70份时,NR/BR/1,2—PBR体系同通用型胎面胶NR/BR相比,前者提高了300%定伸强度、硬度和耐热老化性能;而NR/SBR/1,2—PBR体系同通用型胎面胶NR/SBR相比,前者降低了生热,改善了耐磨性,提高了回弹性。
The mechanical properties of the binary blend systems of 1,2 - PBR (1,2-PBR/BR and 1,2 - PBR/SBR)were studied. The result showed that the systems had similar changes in many mechanical properties when the compositions of the systems varied,and revealed that some properties had a 'sudden change' ,which was supported by the comparison of TEM photographs. The ternary blend systems (NR/BR/l, 2-PBR and NR/SBR/1, 2-PBR) applied to the tyre tread recipe, have met the requirements in processing, and their vulcanizates are up to the national standards (GB2981 - 82) due to elimination of some mechanical defects of both NR/BR and NR/SBR blends.
