Study of Cluster Growth Dynamics

在Clutser生长自调整模型(SAG)的基础上,运用化学反应动力学的思想进行了Cluster生长动力学简单分析。用计算模拟的方法给出了生长控制、扩散控制的动力学曲线。在定性上模拟结果和实验结果符合得相当好。

On the basis of self-ajusted growth of cluster models, SAGC, cluster growth is described by means of the theory of reaction dynamics. Furthermore, the dynamic curves for the growth-limited and diffusion-rlimited models are derived by computer simulation. The simulation esults are in agreement with the experimental results qualitatively.
