摘要
对于滚柱活齿传动进行了受力分析,提出了建立滚柱活齿传动力学模型的方法,并根据以活齿微位移为基础的变形协调条件首次建立了完整的力学模型,提出了求解滚柱活齿传动机构各构件受力的计算公式。
Force analysis of roller oscillating tooth gear drive is studied in this paper. Method of establishing force model is presented On the basis of oscillating tooth' s micro-displace-ment, the complete force model is established by adopting defor-mation coordination conditions. Formula of force on each struc-tural component is presented.
