摘要
从联接前、联接过程、自锁功能、拆卸过程和快速性等方面详细阐述了一种新型快速可装卸联接器的结构和原理。这种联接器既具备可拆卸和在装卸过程中无泄漏的特点,又能克服螺纹联接效率不高的缺点,适用于流动介质管路的连接及流动介质在输送过程中对泄漏要求较高的场合。又从设计方法学的角度对这种联接器的设计思想进行了分析讨论,并给出了可拆卸联接器的一种变型应用实例。
This paper discusses in detail the structure and principle of a kind of rapidly disconnectable coupling device. The status of the coupling before,during and after connection is de-scriibed. The characteristics of self-locking, leak-proof and rapid-ness in connecting and disconnecting are analyzed. This coupling device is suitable for linkage for pipeline of fluid transfer. From the view of design methodology,the designing idea of the device is discussed. The paper also presents an example of transmogrifi-cation design based on the coupling device.
