摘要
虚拟产品开发是在计算机环境中通过数字化模型对未来产品的性能或制造、维护等进行预测和评价,从而 改变传统的产品开发模式。本文侧重从汽车空调系统的可装配性和性能仿真两方面论述虚拟产品开发技术的研 究与应用。实践证明是一条行之有效的产品开发方法。
Virtual Product Development(VPD)is to forecast and evaluate the function of expected product or its manufactur ing and maintaining process based on digital models in computer environment. VPD changes the traditional way of product devel opment The paper presents the application of Virtual Product Development technology including the virtual assembly and the function simulation of auto air condition system. The actual application confirms VPD is an effective method of product development.
