高密度聚乙烯/橡胶共混物的断裂特性 被引量:1

摘要 在室温下,对高密度聚乙烯/橡胶共混物的单边缺口试样进行拉仲断裂实验,测试了裂纹在亚稳临界扩展时的断裂韧性(G_(1c)),缺口敏感度(K_s)和材料断裂能量密度(W_o)。用扫描电子显微镜对共混物试样断口形貌进行了观察分析。实验结果表明,加入顺丁橡胶可以明显改善高密度聚乙烯的强韧性能。 At room temperature, the tensile failure was made by using single edge notched samples in blends of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and butadiene rubber (BR), and the fracture toughness of subcritical crack propagation(G_(1c)), the notch sensitivity(K_s)and the fracture energy density (W_o)were determined on the basis of non linear elastic fracture. The fractography of samples was observed with the help of scanning electron microscope. The experimental results showed that the strength-toughness properties of HDPE were improved obviously with the added BR.
