摘要
攀钢在浇铸稀土处理钢时 ,由于稀土氧化物对保护渣性能的影响 ,导致浇铸速度低 ,漏钢几率较高 ,铸坯表面质量差 ,严重影响该类钢种的生产与开发。通过对浇铸稀土处理钢工艺难点的分析 ,提出了加强连铸工艺控制 。
While the RE-treated steels were cast at PZH Steel Co., the RE oxide (RE x O y ) had influence on the properties of mold powders,which brought about low casting speed,high breakout rate and poor slab surface quality and also had the harmful effects on production and development of these steels.The countermeasures for strengthening the control of continuous casting and developing the proper mold powders were put forward based on the analyses of the difficult points continuous casting of RE-treated steels.
