连铸坯火焰清理枪的应用与改造

Application and reformation of flame descaling lance of CC bloom

包钢炼钢厂连铸坯因表面缺陷无法清理而整根掉队。原有备品的火焰清理枪无法正常使用。从 1999年下半年开始对连铸坯大规模采用火焰清理 ,清理枪严重短缺 ,我车间开始对清枪进行改造。

The CC billet got behind because it has some surface defects at Steel-making Plant. The existing spare flame descaling lance can't be used. Because flame descaling was employed for CC billet on a large scale from second half year of 1999 and lance was in shortage, the workshop made it improved and tested.
