摘要
“九五”期间，作为基础产业的河北省重点钢铁企业在构筑的市场经济的平台上强制性、适应性运行，通过以挖潜增效，学邯钢、降成本为主线，实现了经济效益的稳定增长。本文就“九五”期间，河北省重点钢铁企业产品成本态势进行了定量、定性的分析，并研究了进一步降低成本的措施。
Through mandatory and adaptable operation on the market economy flat and to adopt developing potential, expanding profit, learning from Han Steel and lowering cost as main measures, the key iron and steel businesses of Hebei Province, as basic industry, realized the steady grow of economic profit within 'Nine-five Plan'. The cost situation of them are analyzed in quantity and Quality, the measures to lower cost are studied.
