试论高职院校在高校扩招中的对策

Try to Take New Measures in Expanding Enrollment in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,有着自身的办学特色和发展空间。面对高校扩招,高职院校首先要转变观念找准定位,培养“适销对路”的人才,并通过加强毕业生就业指导,加大招生宣传力度,在扩招中采取有利于高职院校发展的招生对策,扭转高校扩招带来高职院校生源不足、生源质量不理想的局面。使高职院校在我国教育体制改革中拥有广阔的发展前景。

The higher vocational education plays an important role in higher education,it has its own characteristic and developing space.Facing the expanding enrollment,we should change our opinions at first,fixing the orientatin,training suitable talents,and then strengthening the job of assignment guidance and enrollment propaganda,taking advantages measures to change the situation that students are not enough in quantity and bad in quality in higher vocational colleges,and thus higher vocational colleges will have a bright future in education system reform of China.
