摘要 分析了国内外目前高速钢生产状况及中国入世后带来的变化,针对河北高速钢生产特点提出了入世后的对策。 The present production situation of H.S.S. at home and abroad and the change brought by China's acceding to WTO are analyzed, the counter-measures proposed for the Hebei H.S.S. production.
