摘要
为了保证除尘效率 ,济钢对 2× 90 m2烧结机用 12 7m2电除尘器进行了结构改进 ,将沉淀极由点偏心悬挂改为上端固结、下端绞接的悬挂方式 ,对振打系统进行设备改造 ,并改进了电晕极绝缘瓷套结构 ,以减少其故障 ,同时做好除尘器的密封 ,从而满足了烧结矿生产的要求。
In order to insure the dedusting efficiency,the structure of 127m\+2 electro-duster used for 2×90m\+2 sintering machine of Jigang is improved.Transforming point eccentricity hanging of precipitation pole into the hanging pattern with fixing joint at upper end and swing joint at lower end,reforming the equipment of vibrated system,and improving the structure of the ceramic-type insulation cap of corona pole to decrease the breakdown,at the same time doing well the sealing of duster,thus the productive requirement of sinter has been satisfied.
