摘要
提出了非等辊距矫直机高温下矫直自动控制的数学模型和自动控制方案。该自动控制系统可根据板材的材质、温度、厚度和宽度等数据 ,经数学模型计算后 ,自动给出矫直机的矫直速度、上矫直辊的压下量等 ,保证矫直后的钢板平整 ,并显示矫直速度、矫直力。
The straigtening mathematics model and automatic control program for non-equal roller-space straightener at high temperature are advanced. According to the plates quality, temperature, thickness and width etc., this aut omatic control s ystem can give automatically the straightening speed of the straightener and the press quantity of upper ro llers after calculation by mathematics model. As a result, it can ensure the lev eling up of plates after straightening and can indicate the straightening speed and force.
