摘要
济钢中板厂的宽度定尺机和定位挡板精度较低 ,使钢板存在宽度误差 ,为此 ,设计了高精度自动宽度定尺机。该定尺机通过主传动边轴端部的旋转编码器检测边轴的转角 ,测量定尺宽度 ,由 PLC控制 ,实现自动定宽。投入使用后 ,钢板宽度误差由原 10~ 15 mm减少为小于 4mm,提高了钢板质量和生产效率。
The precisions of width control machine and control baffle at Jigang Mi ddle Plate Mill were lower. For this reason, the automatic high precision widt h control machin e was designed. This dimension control machine measured the width through measur ing the angle of rotation of edge axis using rotary encoder in the end of the m ain drive edge axis. It was controlled by PLC and the automatic width control can be realized. After application of thi s machine, the width deviation of steel plates be decreased from 10~15mm to 4mm, the quality of steel plates and production efficiency be improved.
