针对济钢中板厂喷号现场的具体情况 ,根据生产工艺和生产环境的特殊要求 ,结合国内外喷印系统的发展 ,开发了钢板喷印系统。该系统选用自产涂料 ,由冲洗系统、气动系统、喷涂系统、电控系统等组成 ,可以达到快速、精确定位、往复喷印的目的 ,并实现了数据的计算机管理 ,提高了喷号速度 ,具有成本低、使用广泛的特点。

To counter the concrete conditions of spraye d printed spot in the middle plate plant of Jigang,according to the specific req uirements of productive process and productive environment,and in the light of t he development of sprayed printed system at home and abroad,the sprayed printed system is developed.This system selects the self-productive coatings and it con sists of washing system,air operated system,spraying system and electro-control system,etc,can attain the goal of speed,accurate orientation and reciprocal spr ayed printing,realizes the computer management to data,increases the speed of s prayed printing and has the features for cost being lower and use being extensiv e,etc.
