摘要
根据济钢第一炼铁厂 5 #高炉在 2 0 0 0年大修中的破损情况 ,分析筋条镶砖式冷却壁纵裂原因是冷却壁热面温度不稳定 ,而全覆盖式冷却壁由于其结构能使冷却壁本体温度变化幅度小 ,且有很强的抵抗裂纹扩展的能力 ,因而破损速度较慢。为了有效保护冷却壁 ,应使冷却壁热面能够挂结渣皮 ;同时应注意全覆盖式冷却壁的使用和冷却壁的结构设计及软水流量、软水脱汽等问题。
According to failure analyses of the cooling wall of No.5 blast furnace in No.1Iron Making Plant of Jigang in heavy repair in 2000, the main cause of longitudinal crack of cooling wall with ribs enchased in bricks is the temperature instability of hot side of cooling wall. But the full coverage cooling wall can keep structure itself little changing of temperature and have stronger capability to resist the extending of crack, so it can slow down the breakage rate. To protect the cooling wall in effect, the best way is to enable hot side of cooling wall to cling some slag. At the same time ,the service and structure design of full coverage cooling wall and the probolems of flux and degas of soft water should be paid more attention to.
