摘要
预计 2 0 0 3年济钢富裕的各种煤气总量将达到 30 7982 Nm3/h,为提高能源利用率 ,设计了燃气蒸汽联合发电工艺方案。该方案采用燃气轮机发电技术 ,高温废气进余热锅炉 ,预计达产后将提供电 10 470 0 k W、10 .5 k V,每年为济钢降低电耗83760× 10 4 k W·h。
It is estimated that the gross quantity of various gas will be about 307982Nm 3/h at Jigang in 2003. To improve the utilization ratio of energy resources, the process project of generating electricity combining gas and steam is designed. The gas turbine is used as technology of generation in this process, the waste gas with higher temperature was used by heat recovery boiler. It is estimated that it will supply electricity with 104700kW anD 10.5kV after production and will decrease current drain of 83760×10\+4kW·h for Jigang per year.
