摘要
电阻炉上实验结果表明 ,硅钙合金对铁液脱砷产物是Ca3As2 。 [S]优先于 [As]与硅钙合金反应 ,温度升高 ,脱砷反应平衡常数减小 ;10kg感应炉上实验结果表明 ,6 5 %硅钙合金 35 %CaF2 熔剂 ,对铁液和钢液脱砷率可分别为 30 %~ 78%和 30 %~ 5 8%。
The experimental results with resistance furnace showed that the product of dearsenication of molten iron with Ca Si alloy was Ca\-3As\-2, the reacted with Ca\|Si prior to , and with temperature increasing the equilibrium constant for dearsenication decreased. And the experimental results with 10 kg induction furnace showed that the 30%~78% and 30%~58% dearsenication rate could be obtained respectively in molten iron and steel with 65% Ca\|Si alloy and 35% CaF 2 flux.
