摘要
研究获得了Mn B系低碳贝氏体型非调质钢SBL热变形奥氏体的连续冷却转变曲线。试验结果表明 ,本试验用钢热变形奥氏体不发生先共析铁素体析出临界冷却速度为 1.5℃ s ;冷却速度在 1.5~ 7℃ s范围内可得到贝氏体组织 ;当冷速大于 7℃ s时 ,不再有贝氏体生成 ,室温组织为马氏体和残余奥氏体。
The continuous cooling transformation (CCT) diagram for hot deformed austenite of the Mn\|B bainitic non\|quench\|tempering steel SBL has been studied and obtained. The results showed that in hot deformed austenite of tested steel, there was not proeutectoid ferrite precipitated with the critical cooling rate 1.5 ℃/s, the structure of whole bainite could be obtained with cooling rate from 1.5 ℃/s to 7℃/s, and with the cooling rate more than 7 ℃/s, the structure of martensite and residual austenite was obtained at ambient temperature.
