摘要
研制和应用结果表明 ,电弧炉 +电渣重熔工艺生产的轻型汽车扭杆弹簧用钢 45CrNiMoVA具有高的纯洁度、淬透性、强度、冲击韧性和高的疲劳强度 ;扭杆弹簧扭转疲劳寿命达到 10 0万次以上。
The results of research, production and application showed that the steel 45CrNiMoVA for light automobile torsion rod spring producing by arc furnace + electric slag remelting had high cleanliness, hardenability, strength, toughness and high fatigue strength. And the torsion fatigue life of the torsion rod spring was more than one million cycles.
