摘要
中国是世界产铜大国但并不是铜的强国。主要原因是铜工业发展严重受到铜企业规则、组织和经营制度的制约。要彻底改变中国铜工业现状 ,就必须依据国际一流铜企业制度的范式来加速我国铜企业的制度创新 ,以降低制度成本费用 ;重新构建国有铜企业组织结构 ;进一步理顺政府与企业之间的关系 ,加快企业经营制度改革步代。
China is big power not great power in copper production in the world. The main reason is that development of copper industry has been heavily restricted by regulation, organizational framework and operating system of copper enterprises in china. To change present situation of copper industry in china completely, it is necessary to boost system innovation of copper industry in china depending on the first grade international enterprises system form to decrease system cost, to rebuild organizational framework of copper enterprises, to coordinate relation between government and enterprises, to speed up operating system innovation of enterprises.
