摘要
采用化学镀方法在纤维表面沉积一层镍,并用锡作为过渡性基体,使浸润锡的纤维与镀有镍层的铝箔叠层热压,最终得到碳纤维/锡—铝叠层复合材料的试件,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了试件经拉伸、剪切破坏的断面;基体中纤维的分布以及锡、铝与纤维之问的界面区域形貌。
Carbon fiber/tin-aluminum laminated composite materials are dealt with, which are prepared by the method of chemically nickel-plating the surface of the fiber, adopting tin as a transitional matrix and hot laminating the carbon fiber and aluminum paper with nickel-plating coat.The section of the composite materials after axial tensile and cross shear, the distribution of the carbon fiber in the matrix and the interface between fiber and matrix have been observed with a scanning electron microscope.
