摘要
以不同门尼值的钼系1,—2聚丁二烯为基础胶,芳烃三线油为填充油,考察了不同充油量对橡胶的工艺性能、动态力学性能和各项物理力学性能的影响。结果表明,充油量为25—30质量份时,不仅可使胶料的加工工艺性能得到显著改善,而且对其主要性能和动态力学性能影响不大,从而获得较大的经济效益。
By means of 1, 2-polybutadiene with different Mooney viscosities produced with Molybdenum catalist systems (Mo-1, 2-PBR ) as raw rubber and the 3rd vacuum side-distillate arene oil as loading oil, the effects of the oil content on properties of the oil-extended Mo-1,2-PBR have been studied. The results showed that the process properties of the rubbers were remarkably improved after being oil extended suitably and the dynamic mechanics and other usable properties were little influenced, therefore the economic results were noticeable. All things considered, the extending content of 25-30 g oil/100g rubber is suitable
